How to Cancel Your Wordfeeder Membership on PayPal i.e. Please Don't Go

Dear Wordfeeder Members,

We're always sad to see you go, but we understand. Stuff happens. We hope to see you again soon!

Please know that when you see us "taking payments" for your subscriptions on Wordfeeder, it's not "us."

After you sign up for a monthly subscription, PayPal sets it up for auto payment.

So it's up to you to log into your PayPal account and cancel the subscription.

If you email me, I *can* log into PayPal from my end, try to find your order and cancel. But it's actually not that simple.

Again, if you assumed that someone from Wordfeeder is performing a physical action to make the system "TAKE" payment from you each month... we are not!

In fact, the PayPal alerts that we receive on our end just give the impression that someone, perhaps you, renewed their monthly membership.

So when we get emails from people telling us to stop taking payments, we're surprised!

Again, from our end it just looks like you remitted another payment and are happy!

The easiest way for you to opt out of sending monthly Payments to Wordfeeder for your memberships, is to LOG INTO YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT.

Find the area where your subscription payments are hidden. Our Website will be listed there.

Perform the necessary action, ie click a button or link, to stop payment.

We are sorry for this inconvenience! We are as suprised as you are when it happens. :(
