How to Create a Web Page That Gets Instant Targeted Traffic

Listen closely, for I am about to reveal to you one of my closely guarded marketing secrets. There is a way to build web pages that bring visitors who are already ready to buy what you sell. It's all in the way you construct the page.
1. Determine the keyword phrase that you want people to "hit" on when they're Google-hunting.
2. Include that EXACT phrase in the page title, header keywords, meta description, image alt tags, link descriptions, H1 headlines, and in the first line of your first paragraph of text.
3. Split the page content into sections, and use a keyword-rich, H1 headline for each section.
4. Add a menu of links to the page that contain your chosen keyword phrase. The links should carry your reader down the page to each section (they call these anchor links).
5. Keyword link to one or more PDF files that contain more information pertaining to your topic of expertise. All the better if you can link to a LIST of PDFs.
Please note: the longer your website has been in existence, the greater the amount of targeted traffic that this type of SE-optimized page will attract.
Don't forget to include a call to action telling people to get in touch - or a Buy Now button if this is a product rather than a service.
Include an email address where you can be reached. Even if you already have a contact page that's clickable from the site's main navigation, you need to include these extra reminders for the "scatterbrained," busy and distracted among us. Make it as easy as possible for people to be able to get in touch with you if they need to!
Let's say you're pitching "sales letter design" and you're located in Connecticut and want to attract local customers. If you insert the keywords phrase "Sales letter design CT" into each of the places I mentioned, you're sure to get GREAT results from web searchers.
