Article Marketing Setup
Article marketing research - the process of locating niche-relevant websites and article directories where we can submit your articles on a monthly basis. Your article marketing research can take anywhere from one to four hours, depending on other factors like the number of sites you'd like to publish to, and whether or not I have existing websites on file that pertain to your area of expertise.
1. Keyword research - choosing the best keywords to represent your industry and the work you do for your clients and/or customers. These should be the same as/related to the keywords you have already chosen for the header tags, headlines, and keyword links of your website.
Expected Time: 1 to 2 hours
2. Author bio creation - developing a professional bio that details your experience and invites the reader to learn more about your website. You will generally need two versions of your author bio - one, for websites that publish an "extended bio" along with your picture, and two, a 2 to 3-sentence bio to appear at the end of your articles and include your website URL. (This is referred to by some article sites as the "author resource box."
Expected Time: 2 hours
3. Article account creation - setting you up with memberships and passwords. Once you indicate the number of articles you'd like to submit per month and which sites are your top picks, we set up author accounts for you. You will need an email address reserved exclusively for this purpose, as your inbox will be flooded with article receipt notifications, confirmations, and so forth. We will open a new email account for you, which offers the convenience of managing your account and submissions all in one easy-to-access area.
