MONTHLY ARTICLE MANAGEMENT

article marketing processMonthly Article Marketing - the Ongoing Process

Once the basics of author bio creation and account setup are taken care of, you're ready to create your first round of web articles. The process of monthly article creation and submission with Wordfeeder.com unfolds as so:

Step 1. Establish the "theme" of this month's article marketing effort.

Base your article topics on whatever you plan to cover in the upcoming issue of your ezine. Typically, it's a good idea to relate this back to whatever product or service you plan to promote, but you're not restricted to any one plan of course.

Step 2. Approve your list of article topics.

Submit specific ideas on what you'd like us to write about this month, or send us an existing article of yours that we can "break down" into sub-topics. If you need extra support in this area, we're happy to brainstorm a list of article titles that match your marketing agenda.

Step 3. Develop rough outlines of your articles.

Many clients of Wordfeeder.com take an active role in their article development. Not only do we enjoy co-creating alongside of you, but your involvement helps us to produce faster and keep your costs down. If you like, you can submit a rough outline of the key points you want to iterate in each article. If not, we're fine with doing this ourselves.

Step 4. Create your articles.

Here comes the fun part - stepping back and letting us write and/or edit your articles for you, in your own unique "voice." When we're done, you'll have the opportunity to make one round of edits at the additional hourly rate of $70 per hour. If you'd like to forgo the edits and save the money, then give us the nod of approval and we'll begin submitting your articles for you.

Step 5. Mass-submit your articles on the web.

With the account setup and activation out of the way, article submissions are a breeze. Wordfeeder.com keeps running notes of the various little quirks of each article submission sites (for example, EzineArticles.com allows keyword links in the resource box of your articles, but Marketing-Seek.com does not). This way, you get fast, efficient service and the most bang for your article buck.

Step 6. Follow up.

After submitting your articles, we will perform a routine login and checkup to ensure that they were accepted and are now "live" on the article directories. If there is any issue (for example, posting of self-serving links in the article body is one error that often must be corrected), we amend the issue, notify you and then when all articles have been accepted, close out of this month's service.
